1. Lead Quality Engineer(Asia Data Collection)

Minimum of 5 years testing or other development experience
Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
Reasonable knowledge on SEI CMM.
Experience of formal software development lifecycle
Good awareness of customer service
Develops in-depth analysis, which may be technically complex, and is recognized as a specialist on specific topics

2.  Technical Specialist (Asia Data Collection)

Must know networking & Communication protocol - TCPIP, FTP etc.
Candidate must be self driven & process-oriented
Must have minimum 3 years of Software development experience preferably system's programming OR
Worked as Unix/VMS system administrator for minimum of 3 years involved in system performance tuning.
Should have Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent Engineering degree
Window  server's internal knowledge is  a plus.
VMS Experience a plus
Project management skills are a must.
Individual driven to complete work and motivated to provide great service.
Be proficient in English language & must possess good communications skills both written and spoken.
Co-ordinate and manage activities both within and outside own team.
Ability to understand the financial terms and markets.

3. Software Engineers-Oracle Developers

University graduate with a degree in Computer Science or any related engineering field.
2-3 years of solid Oracle development experience with Oracle forms 6i/9i on Oracle 9i/10g databases on Unix is a must. You must have working experience in an Oracle 9iAS Release 1 or 2 environment.
Experience of formal software development lifecycle.
Excellent command of written and spoken English with good communication and presentation skills is a must for the successful candidate
Excellent command of SQL, PL/SQL and Unix shell scripting is a must. Must be well versed with the various Oracle tools such as export/import and sqlldr Prior experience with Centura Team Developer (Gupta SQL Windows) is a definite advantage as you will be involved in porting some of the legacy Centura applications to Oracle forms applications
Experience with Oracle Parallel Server or RAC (Real Application Clusters) is an added advantage Oracle Certified Professionals (OCP) in the developer track and experience with Oracle Discoverer and Java development is a definite advantage.
Experience working with Unicode and different Oracle character sets is an added advantage
Must be well versed with Database Modelling tools, SQL tuning, performance optimizations, collecting and analyzing Oracle diagnostics, liaising with Oracle Support, Oracle Network administration, troubleshooting connectivity and network performance Prior experience with SEI/CMM or similar Software Development methodology will be an added advantage

4.Senior DBA(Oracle)

5-6 years Database Management experience on Sun Solaris platform
3 -5 years experience of Oracle PL/SQL;
Ability to understand complex technical issues quickly and assess the impact of change
Ability to forge relationships with key development and operational personnel
Ability to understand development and operational processes
Ability to provide design insight for Oracle technologies
Review requirements and understand business and technical implications
Good knowledge of Unix / Solaris

5. Sybase Database Administrator

Minimum experience (amount and type): Minimum 5 years Sybase database administration with ASE 15.x and 12.x on Solaris platform.
Educational Requirements, if any : Bachelors in computer science or related field
Technical and/or Functional skills: Strong database performance and tuning and query optimization skills.
Professional licenses, if any: Sybase or SQL Server (MCDBA) Certification.
Other skills and abilities : shell scripts, perl and cgi scripting is a plus.
Good verbal and written communication skill. Must be a team player.
