Requirement:        
                     A BS or MS degree in computer related fields
        Experience in OSS system development is plus
        3+ year experience in software development with Java
        In depth knowledge in Java. Web UI development experience (Servlet/JSP) is mandatory
        Knowledge of Database (Oracle or SQL) is a plus
        Experience in working with Python is a plus
        Experience in working on UNIX operation system (HP-UX/Sun Solaris)
        Experience in developing enterprise software and good understanding of software development lifecycle
        Understanding telecom services needs is preferred.

Requipment：

        Experienced in project management for R&D projects.
