Database Administrator (DBA)
RCX DBA team is seeking a talented Database Administrator based in Beijing. DBA is required to own mission-critical Oracle databases and SQL Server databases from A to Z.
Roles and responsibilities:
•        Operational tasks
Database creation, upgrading, trouble shooting, HA solution design and implementation, B/R solution design and implantation, be a member of on-call rotation.
•        Business projects’ tasks
Data module design, SQL performance tuning, schema maintenance, data migration.

Qualifications:
•        You have 4 DBA experiences or more.
•        You have a good solid understanding of the internals of Oracle (e.g. what a btree index or leaf block looks like, how SCNs work, understand redo/undo and how they affect concurrency and scalability, etc.) .
•        You have participated in building solutions for problems of sizeable scope and complexity that have been successfully deployed.
•        You are able to do a full deployment of a production Database (from bare hardware to fully monitored production DB).
•        You are able to display more advanced troubleshooting techniques (e.g. advanced SQL tracing, familiarity with V$ views, etc) .
•        You are able to resolve most problems at their root.
•        Your work is consistently high-quality, incorporates best practices, and requires little or no guidance or input by team members, though you still solicit collaborative input appropriately.  Reviews of your work tend to be rapid and uneventful.  
•        You have established good working relationships with relevant personnel across our web.
•        You are able to adapt much more quickly to new technologies and products.
•        You are able to contribute to the evolution of your team’s design practices.
•        You have exceptional design and analysis skills.
•        You have excellent interpersonal communication skills.
•        You have excellent UNIX skills and a grasp of fundamental computing concepts.
•        You can speak English fluently.
